By visiting the website www.icecamp.ch and using the contact form, you consent to your data being used for service-related purposes.

3. information, deletion, correction and storage

Every person has the right to information, correction of incorrect data and deletion of personal data, insofar as this does not conflict with any legal obligation to retain data or the data is absolutely necessary for the fulfillment of the contract.
If you request the deletion of data that is subject to the statutory retention obligation, the data will be blocked in our system and only used to fulfill the statutory retention obligations.
After the retention period has expired, your request for deletion will be complied with.

5. data security

We will keep your data secure and therefore take all reasonable measures to protect your data from loss, access, misuse or alteration.
Our employees and contractual partners who have access to your data are contractually obliged to maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations.

6. cookies

We use so-called “cookies” to facilitate the use of our online portals.
Cookies are small text files that are temporarily stored by your browser on the hard disk of your computer and are required for the use of our online portals.
The information contained in the cookies is used to control the session, in particular to improve navigation and enable a high degree of user-friendliness of a website.
Please note that deactivating cookies may result in you not being able to use all the functions of our portal (correctly).

7. plugins

Various third-party services are used on the www.icecamp.ch website, such as YouTube or Google Maps.
This always presupposes that these providers can see the IP address of the user.
ICE CAMP accepts no responsibility for the collection and processing of personal data by these third parties.

7.1 Google Analytics

ICE CAMP uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc.
1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”).
Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use our online portals.
The information generated by the cookie (browser type/version, operating system used, referrer URL, previously visited website, IP address, time of server request) about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
However, if IP anonymization is activated on our website, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area beforehand.
Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage.
Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf.
The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
You can find instructions on how to prevent the processing of your data by the web analysis service at http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

7.2 Social plugins

Plugins from social networks, which are operated exclusively by Facebook (Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA) and Twitter (Twitter Inc., 795 Folsom St., Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA), can be recognized by the logo of the respective social network.
When you access a website on which one or more of the aforementioned plugins are integrated, the browser establishes a direct connection with the social network servers.
The button is transmitted by the social networks directly to the browser, which integrates it into the website.
By integrating the buttons, the social networks receive the information that the corresponding website has been accessed.
If the user is logged in to the social networks at the time of their visit, the social networks can assign the visit to the user’s account.
If the button is clicked, the corresponding information is transmitted directly from the browser to the social network and stored there.
The purpose and scope of the data collection, the further processing and use of the data by the social networks as well as the user’s rights in this regard and the setting options for protecting the user’s privacy can be found in the Facebook and Twitter privacy policies.
The user can prevent the social networks from collecting data about the website visited by logging out before visiting the website.

You can save and/or print out the privacy policy here.
